Te Whare Tapa Whā The Māori philosophy toward health is based on a holistic health and wellness model called Te Whare Tapa Whā. Developed by Dr Mason Durie in 1982, it can be applied to any health issue, whether it involves physical or psychological well-being. There are four dimensions of Hauora; Taha Tinana (Physical Well-being - health), Taha Hinengaro (Mental and Emotional well-being - self-confidence), Taha Whanau (Social Well-being - self-esteem) and Taha Wairua (Spiritual well-being - personal beliefs) There is physical, emotional/mental, social and spiritual caring.
You have got some lovely things to be grateful for. It is good to think every day what you are grateful for. I am grateful that I can learn so much about the learners in room 4.
